The projects is a Tile Manufacturing Factory and it’s ancillary buildings  for TPS Ceramic Industries Pvt. Ltd. at Baduraliya, Sri Lanka.

The 32 acre site with a hilly terrain was zoned in coordination with the topography to optimize the road network and infrastructure planning.

The tile factory office building is designed as an elevated rectilinear form with clarity clad in the modulated skin of porcelain tiles; the key product of the TPS Ceramic Industries Pvt. Ltd.

The ground level colonnaded parking, service and storage areas are finished in the same material as the ground paving reduce its visual prominence.

The factory office houses the key functions of management, accounts and marking officer staff engaged in the factory operations.

Ancillary buildings are under construction and main factory building is in the statutory approval process
